Robert W. Marsh, 47, New London, is charged with a third drunken driving offense and felony bail jumping.
On Oct. 16, Deputy Bryan Strobusch was monitoring traffic on County Trunk X in Mukwa when he clocked a southbound vehicle at 60 mph in a 40 mph, according to the criminal complaint.
Strobusch reported that the driver, identified as Marsh, appeared to have bloodshot eyes and failed the field sobriety tests.
A subsequent blood test indicated Marsh had a 0.136 blood-alcohol level.
On March 27, Marsh was charged in Waupaca County with multiple felony and misdemeanor drug offenses and released on a $3,000 signature bond with the condition that he not commit any crimes.
