The Shiocton Chiefs proved to be more than the hosting Manawa Wolves could handle in their Friday, February 20th conference match-up.
The Chiefs out-scored the Wolves 20-14 in the 1st quarter of play, led by Nathan Schmidt with 6 points.
Schmidt once again led the scoring in the second quarter by sinking 6 out of 9 free-throws giving the Chiefs 34-26 advantage in the game.
Shiocton came out strong in the second half, out-scoring Manawa 25-9, in the 3rd quarter of play, and leaving the Chiefs still in the lead with a score of 59-35.
Matt Radloff put 6 points on the board for the Wolves during the 4th quarter, but it was not enough and the Chiefs came away with a 83-55 victory.
Radloff led the scoring for Manawa with 14, while David Blum and Brandon Radloff pitched in 9 a piece.
Schmidt put 18 points on the board for Shiocton, followed by Gavin Braun with 15 and Gage Kamp with 11.
