?Ladies Night Out’ in Manawa

The Manawa Chamber of Commerce presented “Ladies Night Out; Shop, Sip, Socialize” on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at the Manawa Masonic Center.

Over 30 vendors offered services and merchandise from health to fashion for women.

The event included music, 50/50 raffles, bucket raffles/auctions, food, beverages, demonstrations and more.

The cost of admission included a non-perishable food donation for the Manawa Area Community Food Pantry.

Liysa Callsen, emcee for the evening, announced the demonstrations and kept everyone entertained.

One of the more popular demonstrations included Judy Trull, of Lindsay House Bed and Breakfast, and Jamie Lane, of Winemaker’s Daughter.

Lane demonstrated how to mix drinks and Trull performed a cooking demo to promote her YouTube cooking series at www.youtube.com/watch?v=od9jJc6TRXI.

Winemaker’s Daughter will host a grand opening celebration from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at 327 S. Bridge St., Manawa.
