Armstrong, Miller will get Dayton on right track

The spring election for township positions is April 7.

It’s time for the town of Dayton to move forward with replacing the current town board.

There has been near constant controversy, lack of cooperation with citizens and acrimony over the last three to four years, and the election is the opportunity to end that.

And we now know the town board has incurred over $80,000 in legal fees because of the controversial actions taken.

These expenses were neither anticipated not budgeted, and must be paid for by the taxpayers of Dayton.

Dave Armstrong is an excellent candidate for town chairman. He is a good listener, has a strong background in project management and leadership, and he can bring that to the table to help the town of Dayton recover from the difficulties of recent years.

John Miller is a candidate for supervisor, and he is another who brings strong personal characteristics and a willingness to do what’s right to his candidacy.

The town of Dayton can get back on the right track with the election of Dave Armstrong and John Miller.
