Doris H. Sweet, resident of Iola, died peacefully March 28, 2015 at Cedar Springs Health Center in Cedarburg, WI at the age of 98.
Doris passed on naturally – free of any illness, but filled with the love of Christ and her unfailing love for her two sons: Tom & Jim, her five grandsons: Chad, Matthew, Adam, Colin & Tucker Sweet and her seven “sweet” great-grandchildren. Doris was the last surviving child of John & Ilse Tills.
Though living by herself for 40-years on County Road G at Hatch Lake, she was never alone – nurturing a legacy of love with family and friends.
Active in the Iola Garden Club, she lived its motto: “A garden is where ill thoughts die, and good are born.”
