A Canvas and Corks event will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 16, at Winemaker’s Daughter, 327 S. Bridge St., Manawa.
“The sip and paint event allow patrons an artistic escape in a relaxing atmosphere,” said Jamie Lane, owner of the newly opened Winemaker’s Daughter.
Instructors are Hortonville High School art teacher Gail Draeger and Allyce Lees, owner of The Paint Store in Waupaca.
“Even if you haven’t picked up a brush since high school, come enjoy an evening filled with laughter and creativity,” said Lees.
Participants will recreate the “Impressionist Poppy” created by Gail Draeger.
Lane, Lees and Draeger will walk participants through each step of the process.
The trio plans to offer special Canvas and Corks for date nights and families.
