Lee Roy R. Blank, 33, Waupaca, is charged with selling marijuana to a minor, felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On March 9, Detective Sgt. John Mocadlo spoke with a woman in the town of Lind who accused Blank of selling pot to her 15-year-old daughter.
The girl told Mocadlo that Blank sold her a small amount of pot for $30, then went out on the deck of her home and smoked some of it with her and a teenaged friend.
Blank denied selling pot to the girl, when Mocadlo questioned him about the incident.
According to the criminal complaint, Blank said it would be stupid for him to sell pot to the girl because he is currently on probation.
