The Comets’ boys’ and girls’ teams both won championships at the Waupaca County Track and Field Meet Saturday in New London.
Teams from Iola-Scandinavia, Weyauwega-Fremont, Manawa, Clintonville, New London and Manawa also competed.
Waupaca boys came away with 173 points and the girls earned 125 points for first-place wins.
Clintonville finished second, with the boys taking 134 points and the girls taking 119 points.
