Part of State Highway 161 will be closed for a week starting Monday, May 4.
According to the Waupaca County Highway Department, this is a state project.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has contracted with Merrill Gravel and Sand to replace a box culvert between Twin Grove and Netzler roads on the Little Wolf River east of Iola.
The state-designated detour is from Highway 161 to State Highway 22/110 to U.S. Highway 10 to State Highway 49 back to Highway 161.
