Tori M. Clark, 21, is charged with possession of narcotics, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, 12 counts of bail jumping and theft.

This is the third felony case filed against Clark in seven months.

Shortly after 1:15 p.m. Monday, May 25, Waupaca Police officers Paul Benzschawel and Diana Flatoff were dispatched to the Dollar General store. The assistant manager had reported that she suspected two women of shoplifting.

As he arrived, Benzschawel saw Clark and the other woman, who as of Tuesday, June 2 had not been charged in this incident, leaving the store. He asked them to go back inside so he could speak with them.

Police reported finding sunglassses, underwear, eye glitter, eye shadow and lip gloss in Clark’s purse. They also reported finding heroin, meth and marijuana.

Clark was charged with possession of narcotics, meth and marijuana on Nov. 5, 2014, and released on a $5,000 signature bond with the condition that she not commit any crimes and not possess any illegal drugs.

She was charged with credit card fraud, theft, obstructing an officer and felony bail jumping on Feb. 11, 2015, and released on a $1,000 signature bond.

She was released from custody on Wednesday, May 27, on a $5,000 signature bond.

This is pure and absolute insanity This police department llistened to a vicious relative in Florida plagued my son, you all know who he is, also who she is, for what seems compared to this a minor misdemeanor for which he received one year huber act imprisonment, money OBVIOUSLY speaks volumes to ALL of you. This girl should be locked up with the keys thrown away. My Son was NEVER a seller or buyer, he used it because it helped with the excruciating pain from an accident. For this he also has years of probation. PLUS constant harassment by drive boy’s etc. has the miserable vicious Floridian got you on her payroll???this girl needs to be locked up to save her life, you can tell just by looking at her what these drugs are doing to her. Lock her up and get her some help !!!! I am so disgusted with ALL this miscarriage of justice and how you give her freedom to kill herself but nark for you as long as she can stay alive. Incidentally I didn’t agree in any way shape or form to what happened with my son, but I think you are all crooks to let her get away with this and he spent time in your miserable “house” not even serving them milk or cheese THIS a DAIRY STATE you take all the money yet feed them so much garbage without MILK. How can this break your budget ???? I’ve said enough. I’m so fed up with ALL of you, I’m sure next time I go to visit my boy I’ll also be pulled over. Well good luck with that, I don’t never have and Never will do drugs. Except those prescribed.

    She needs professional help.
Releasing her on a signature bond with the condition that she not posses any illegal drugs is PATHETICALLY IGNORANT of the “authorities” who made this agreement. Get her some real help. What you did was set her up for failure and you damn well knew it….PATHETIC!
