Garden walk, art show in rural Iola

Rosenberger’s ninth annual Garden Walk & Art Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 28, at N8071 Hatch Lake Road in Iola.

The event features flower gardens, metal sculptures and water features, plus 14 artisans displaying and selling their work.

Participants are invited to tour Carolyn Rosenberger’s watercolor studio and sign up for door prizes.

This year’s artisans include: Mike Harbridge, ceramics; Lynn Groeschl, Victorian soaps and body lotions; Gerald Lee Johnson, custom woven rag rugs; Randy Rosenberger, photographs; Charlene Reiter, handmade greeting cards; Phyllis Shidell, acrylic paintings and garden art; Shiloh Rosenberger, felt flower hair accessories; Marie Skowen, cement leaf lawn ornaments; Merlin Mayer, hand-carved wood sculptures; Linda Durrant, quilts, soft luggage, and table runners; Carolyn Rosenberger, watercolor paintings; Wayne Stabnow, photographs; Jenny Vater, hand dyed items; Gerald Sankey, blown glass pendents and marbles.

The Rosenberger residence is located 1 1/2 miles northeast of Glacier Wood Golf Course on the north corner of Hatch Lake Road and County Trunk G.
