Waupaca festival opens Thursday with sidewalk chalking, bandstand concert

Thursday, Aug. 13

2-5 p.m. – Chalking by youth around the city square.
5 p.m. – Concert in the bandstand.

Friday, Aug. 14

7-10:30 p.m. – Free street dance with the music of Davina and the Vagabonds under the Main Stage tent on Fulton Street. Fire spinner Broegy Pease will perform during the band’s intermission. Food, beer and soda will be available.

Saturday, Aug. 15
