Genaro Turrubiates, 59, passed away on September 27, 2015 at home with his loving family by his side.
Genaro married his soul mate, Denise Ann Korotka on September 19, 1975. They honored and completed their marriage vows to each other. Born in Waupaca, Wisconsin, Genaro was the son of the late Genaro R. Turrubiates and the late Julia (Ledesma) Turrubiates. Genaro attended Waupaca high school, and worked as a certified heavy equipment operator. Genaro was a member of the Church of Christ. He adored and loved with an abundance his wife, daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren. Genaro had many friends with whom he appreciated spending a lot of his time. He especially enjoyed time with his nephews. Genaro loved Harley Davidson motorcycles, boxing, mixed martial arts, football and other sports, music and various outdoor activities. Genaro will be remembered for many things; his smile, his kind heart and generosity, his words of guidance and comfort, his stories and his relentless ability to forgive.
Genaro is survived by his wife, Denise Ann (Korotka) Turrubiates; daughters, Angela Marie Arrington (Anthony), Amanda Jean Cajuste (Ernst); grandchildren, Madeline, Genaro, Zyah, Carlie, and Grace; siblings, Rosa, Roberto, San Juanita, Maria, Raul, Joseph, Arthur, Julia, Lisa, and Michael. Genaro was preceded in death by his parents and brother baby Arthur.
