Season ends for W-F netters
Indians lose regional semifinal to Shiocton

Shiocton ended the season for the Weyauwega-Fremont volleyball team by defeating the Indians Oct. 22 in a Division 3 regional semifinal.
The teams split the first four games before Shiocton won the fifth game. W-F won the first and fourth games 25-21, 25-23, while Shiocton won the second and third, 25-21, 25-11, before coming up with a 15-6 win in the fifth set.
W-F had advanced to the match by opening WIAA state tournament play Oct. 20 with a 25-17, 25-23, 25-17 win over Amherst.
