The Wisconsin State Patrol identified the victims in the fatal crash that occurred at 6:15 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, on U.S. 10 at Anderson Road near Waupaca.
The man who was killed in a crash was DuWayne Dobratz, of Manawa.
Investigators say Dobratz was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes when his Chevy Equinox struck an eastbound Toyota Sienna, driven by Anna Horejs, age 17, of Wauwatosa.
Horejs was transported to a hospital. Her injuries are listed as life threatening.
