David G. Prahl, age 65, of New London, passed away in Neenah on Thursday, February 18, 2016.
Dave was born on January 12, 1951 in New London to the late Marlin and Virginia (Korth) Prahl. He graduated from New London High School in 1970. On September 4, 1976, he was united in marriage to Mary Jo Bult in New London. In 1973, Dave started working at Curwood, as a machine operator, in the coating department. His interests included auto body restoration, deer hunting, boating, fishing and traveling with his family.
Dave is survived by his wife, Mary Jo; son, Sam (Patricia) Prahl, Northport; granddaughter, Madalyn Prahl; brother, Robert (Deb) Prahl, Royalton; sister, Sandy (Matt) Steinbach, Iola and brother-in-law, John Bork, Northport. Dave was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Debbie Bork.
A funeral service for Dave will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London. Rev. Marcus Schulz will be officiating. Friends and family may visit from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, February 22, 2016 at Cline and Hanson Funeral home in New London and again at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday. Burial will be in Northport Ostrander Cemetery, Town of Mukwa.
