Kinsman, David T.

David T. Kinsman, age 80, of Cameron, Wisconsin, died Friday, February 26, 2016 at his home.

He was born September 21, 1935 to Thaxter & Ruth (Dewal) Kinsman at Fremont, WI. He attended Weyauwega/Fremont Schools. On February 12, 1955, he was married to Patricia Johnson at Fremont and David later served in the U.S. Army. He began his woodcarving hobby at the age of eight and was very well known for his woodcarvings of ducks. He was a loving father, husband, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all.

David was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patricia on June 19, 2000; great-grandson, Chayse (Steven’s son); nephew, Guy Lankford and brother-in-law, Earl “Butch” Lankford. He is survived by his son, David (Sherry) Kinsman of New London, WI; daughters, Jodi Kinsman (fiancé, Jason Dumbleton) of Bruce, WI and Kim (Jay) Dahl of Sherwood, WI; grandchildren: Ryan (Theresa), Kevin (Ashley) and Corey Dahl and Steven and Danylle Dupris; great-grandchildren, Daymian Dahl and Cody; sister, Joyce (Kinsman) Lankford of Weyauwega; life-long friends, Sharon and the late Ethan Welch of Fremont, WI, as well as many other relatives and friends.

A Memorial service and interment will take place at a later date in Fremont. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Cameron and Dallas, WI.
