St. Martin students plant a tree

With the help of fourth grade students from St. Martin Lutheran School, the city of Clintonville planted a tree at Pickerel Neighborhood Playground to celebrate Arbor Day.
The celebration held the morning of Friday, April 29, included students singing a song about the importance of trees.
Clintonville Mayor Lois Bressette read a proclamation from the city regarding Arbor Day. She also announced that for the 26th consecutive year the city of Clintonville has received Tree City USA status.
To conclude the celebration, students shoveled dirt to finish the planting of a tree.
