Comet girls fall in Amherst
Waupaca plays without starting goalie

Alissa Niggemann’s three first-half goals helped the Amherst/Iola-Scandinavia girls’ soccer team pick up a 5-0 nonconference win April 28 over Waupaca.
Amherst/I-S led 3-0 at halftime and added goals in the second half from Sonya Meshak and Kaylee Chojnacki.
Waupaca will host New Holstein at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, before returning to North Eastern Conference play Thursday, May 5, against Fox Valley Lutheran in Appleton.
