
The National Weather Service issued a Tornado Watch for north central and northeast Wisconsin, including Waupaca, Waushara and Shawano counties.
The Tornado Watch is in effect until 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 15.
Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon into early this evening.
The greatest risk of severe storms will be to the south and west of a line from Rhinelander to Marinette to Sturgeon Bay between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m.
The primary risk will be large hail and damaging wind gusts. An isolated tornado is also possible.
