Erickson, DonnaDonna D. Erickson, age 80 of Shawano, formerly of Clintonville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at ThedaCare Medical Center, Shawano.

Donna Mae Doris Erickson was born August 24, 1935 in the Township of Harrison, the daughter of the late David and Margaret (Marquardt) Wickersham. She attended Harrison Elementary and Iola High School. Donna was united in marriage to Donald Erickson on May 1, 1954 in Shawano; the couple had met in grade school. They lived the first part of married life in the Township of Harrison and started a family. They raised seven loving children, and later moved to Clintonville, and finally Shawano. Donna attended River Valley as well as St. James churches in Shawano. She enjoyed, and was quite good at softball, as well as bowling in her younger years. She was very active and always kept herself busy with the hobbies she loved: gardening, making jewelry/crafts, and reading. What she loved most was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and friends. She will be forever remembered in love.

Donna is survived by: daughters: Jodi (Guy) Pollack, Spanaway, WA; Kim (John) Dillenburg, Shawano; sons: Roy (LeaAnn) Erickson, Suring; David Erickson, Clintonville; Robert Erickson, Clintonville; Scott Erickson, Shelby, MI; Ty (Nancy) Erickson, Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren: Angie (Corey) Chovanec, Rachel Erickson, Nicole Erickson, Trico Lutkis, Kristal Kelly, Pricilla Erickson, Tyler Erickson, Bradley Erickson, Chelsea Gordon, Kayla Gordon, Jamie Pollack, Tonia (Jason) Bright, and Leif Pollack; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters: Marlene, Claire, Mildred, Shirley, Virginia, Glenda, and Patty; brothers, Darrel and Bernard.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald; two grandsons, Jeffrey and Timothy Erickson; and two brothers, Billy and Calvin.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Northland Lutheran Church in the Town of Harrison, Waupaca County with the Rev. Dan Taylor officiating. Interment will take place at the parish cemetery.

Friends may call at the Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory, Clintonville from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, and at the church on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
