A woman with two children in her car was arrested for a third OWI at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday, July 6.
The Wisconsin State Patrol stopped Tanya V. Casas, 32, Wisconsin Rapids, while she was driving on U.S. Highway 10 near Marten Road in rural Fremont.
Both children were under the age of 16.
Casas was convicted of her second drunken driving offense in April 2014, sentenced to 22 days in jail and her license revoked for 12 months in Wood County.
