• Denise M. Birenbaum, 55, Waupaca, 140 days in jail with 105 stayed, assessed $3,306, revoked for 33 months for a third offense.

• Steven R. Shifflett, 48, Stevens Point, 35 days in jail, assessed $3,306, revoked 33 months for a third offense.

• Michael G. Miller, 24, Clintonville, 60 days in jail with 53 stayed, assessed $1,471, revoked 15 months for a second offense.

• Elena V. Miles, 31, Clintonville, 60 days in jail with 53 stayed, assessed $1,849, revoked 15 months for a second offense.

• Tracy A. Eklund, 52, Manawa, 40 days in jail with 33 stayed, assessed $1,723, revoked 12 months for a second offense.

• Fortino Gonzalez Herrera, 30, New London, 40 days in jail with 33 stayed, assessed $1,723, revoked 14 months for a second offense.

• Cody W. Petrausch, 22, Waupaca, assessed $835, revoked six months.

• Kody C. Hawkins, 23, Fremont, assessed $1,072, revoked nine months.

• Brandon D. Schober, 19, Marshfield, assessed $854, revoked six months.
