Three other Comets on all-conference first team

The two top boys’ soccer teams in the North Eastern Conference this season also had the top two players.
NEC coaches named Waupaca senior Seth Boldt and Fox Valley Lutheran senior Jonah Nogar as the conference’s top offensive and defensive players, respectively.
The Comets and Foxes tied for the conference championship with 7-1 records and both teams also placed several players on all-conference teams.
Boldt made the first team as a forward. Other first-teamers for the Comets are senior forward Luis Jorgensen, senior defender Drake Hiddemen and senior goalkeeper Nate Schuler-Jones.
Junior Brett Hanke made the second team as a defender, while senior midfielder Eugene Pliska, sophomore midfielder Forrest Ziebell and junior defender Zach Thuerman received honorable mention.
