The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office received a protective vest for K9 Deputy Caesar.
The vest is bullet and stab proof.

Donated by a non-profit, Vest interest in K9s, the vest was sponsored by Wendy Boggs of Kenosha.

In addition to identifying the dog as a Sheriff K9, the vest is embroidered with the sentiment, “Guardian Angel.”

Vested Interest in K9s is located in East Taunton, Massachusetts.

The organization has provided more than 2,200 protective vests to dogs in law enforcement since its inception in 2009.

All vests are made by Armor Express in Central Lake, Michigan, weigh about 5 pounds and are worth more than $1,800.
