No contested council seats

Four candidates run for school board

The five incumbents on the Clintonville City Council up for re-election in the spring will not be contested in their re-election bids.

Candidacy papers were due Tuesday, Jan. 3, and only the incumbents submitted the required paperwork to be on the spring election ballot.

Those who are seeking reelection are Julie Stumbris (District 1), Tammy Strey-Hirt (District 2), Steve Kettenhoven (District 3), Jim Supanich (District 4) and Brad Rokus (District 5).

School board
The Clintonville School Board election will be contested, as four candidates submitted the required paperwork to be on the ballot.

Incumbents Tom Neely and Jim Schultz are seeking re-election. Larry Czarnecki and Kristine Strauman also submitted candidacy papers.

The four candidates will vie for two available seats.
