Jean Jensen of Waupaca, age 83, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Thedacare in Appleton.
She was born in Waupaca on November 8, 1933 to the late James and Margaret Ryan. On April 17, 1959 she married Harlan Jensen II, he preceded her in death on February 18, 2009.
Jean will be sadly missed by her children: Lynne (Ron) Minton, Nancy (David) Hirte, Theresa Jensen, Harlan (Andrea) Jensen III all of Waupaca; James Jensen of AZ; son-in-law, Kevin Taggart of TN; brother, Michael (Stell) Ryan; sister, Janet Johnson, both of Waupaca; sisters-in-law, Connie (Paul) Radley, Connie Jensen and Darlene Ryan all of Waupaca; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Becky Taggart; sister, Joan; brother, Tony; grandson, Christopher; twin grandsons, infant great-granddaughter and brother-in-law, Larry Jensen.
According to Jean’s wishes a private family gathering will be held. The Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca assisted the family with arrangements.
