Hattie (Pat) E. Lund passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Crossroads Care Center in Weyauwega, WI. She was born on March 11, 1919 in the Town of Fremont, WI, daughter of the late Albert and Ernestina (Gorges) Zeichert. Hattie was a graduate of Weyauwega High School and Appleton Business College. She and her husband, Alvin J. Lund, owned and operated Lund’s TV, Amherst and Waupaca. Hattie was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Waupaca, where she sang in the choir for many years.
Hattie is survived by her children, John (Cheryl) Lund of Harvard, IL; Robert (Peggy) Lund of Bloomington, MN, and Mary (Christopher Smith) Lund of Rosemount, MN; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Alvin J. Lund; one grandson, three brothers, and four sisters.
A Funeral Service will be on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church of Waupaca. Reverend Andy Behrendt will officiate. A visitation will be held on Friday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service at the church. Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Park following the service on Friday. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
