The 56th annual Iola Winter Carnival was held Feb. 4-5, in Iola .
The event included a lutefisk supper, craft sale, ice sculpting, ski jumping, snowshoe race, fat bike race, plus a free ice fishing contest for children.
Trenten Rice, 6, of Waupaca, caught this 33 1/2 inch Northern Pike during the Childrens Ice Fishing Contest, held in conjunction with the Iola Winter Carnival.
