Waupaca event set for April 1
“Yule Ball” will be the theme of Waupaca High School’s 2017 Junior Prom.
It will be held from 8 p.m. to night Saturday, April 1, in the high school gymnasium.
Representing the junior class on the court will be Chloe Abrahamson and Luis Barraza; Sydney Behm and Bruce Sternweis; Mya Berzsenyi and Jacob Pankratz; Sophia Butkiewicz and Benjamin Womeldorf; Emma Pagel and Zack Thuerman; Mya Snyder and William Johnson; Alyssa Townsend and Mark Kilcoyne; and Bella Udoni and Brett Hanke.
The miniature couple will be Alyssa Keil and Grant Engebretson.
Tickets are $25 for couples and $15 for singles.
During prom, Tim Koll will be set up to take photographs from 8-10:30 p.m.
The grand march will take place at 9 p.m.
The cost to attend the grand march will be $3.
Tickets may be purchased in advance in the high school’s main office and will also be available at the door.
The doors will open at 8 p.m. for those wanting to attend the grand march.
The post prom party will be held from midnight to 4 a.m., at the VFW Hall.
It will have a Hawaiian theme.
