Forseth, Richard B. “Dicky”

Richard B. Forseth “Dicky”, of Amherst, age 61, passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at UW Madison Hospital.

He was born December 9, 1955 in Waupaca to William R. Forseth and Elaine F. (Schulke) Forseth. He met the love of his life Mury, Memorial Day weekend 30 years ago and cherished that love through his last days on this earth. Family always came first to Dicky, and his two daughters were his whole world. He was always there to lend a hand to someone who needed it. He was also known for his quirky sense of humor and his love for the outdoors. He had a soft spot for his beloved pets as well as his “grand-pets”.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Mury; his two daughters, Kameyon of Milwaukee and Kendra (Josh) of Amherst, and his five grandkids: Carson, Aubree, Clayton, Ryker, and Parker; his brother, Jerry (Julie) and sister-in-law, Cindy, both of Waupaca, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, friends, and his neighbors. Dicky was preceded in death by his parents, William and Elaine; two brothers, Dale and Daniel; sister Peggy, and niece Kelly Forseth.

Per Dicky’s request, no funeral will be held. Instead there will be a gathering to celebrate his life sometime in August. Any friends wishing to attend, please contact family by early August for details. The Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca assisted the family with arrangements.
