Community tournament planned
The second annual Waupaca Community Chess Tournament will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15, on the front lawn of Waupaca’s city hall and public library.
All skill levels are welcome for the free event.
People may email Tim Hiddemen at [email protected] to register for the tournament, or to receive additional information about it.
Registration will also be accepted on the day of the tournament, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Early registration is encouraged, however, to assist with setting up the tournament on a computer.
