Warm weather, entertainment and hands-on art activities drew a crowd to Arts on the Square in downtown Waupaca Aug. 18-19.
The 11th annual arts festival featured a street dance, 42 juried artists, three stages of music, workshops, poetry, storytelling, a community art project and food and beverages.
