Bruechert, Sean Kerry

Sean Kerry Bruechert, 62, Weyauwega, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017. He was born in Green Bay on Jan. 31, 1955.

Sean grew up in Green Bay and lived the last 30 years in the West Bloomfield, WI area. He went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a couple years, and then to the University of Oshkosh graduating with a Business Degree, and went on and became a C.P.A. He worked for Werner Electric as a Corporate C.P.A. for a number of years. In Dec 1995 he started a company, Hawk Trailers, with Brian Timm and Joel Van den hout in Manawa, WI, which he retired from in April 2007. Sean was a true outdoorsman, he loved the outdoors. He was an experienced hunter; both gun and crossbow. He made countless trips to the Rockies with his Dad and friends for elk. He was always first to show up for deer camp. Along with many other hunting adventures, Sean became an avid gun collector, loved riding his Harley’s Ducati , and his Honda Gold Wing for easy casual rides. He was drawn to the open road. He also enjoyed riding horseback out west on those hunting trips. He loved to explore which took him to many different places in the world. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, snowmobiling, along with tooling around his property on his 4-wheeler, or his John Deere. He loved to dance and could dance like no other, was in his blood. He definitely had rhythm. He loved his Irish and German heritage and you could see that throughout his house, or even when he was driving his Kelly Green Jeep. He was an exceptional gymnast in high school and a very proud Eagle Scout. He loved riding dirt bikes, swimming and canoeing. He loved his animals, especially Youkon his German Shepherd who was waiting in heaven for him and his cat Shadow. Sean had a huge heart, was always willing to help others, anyone at anytime, a great friend to all. He loved to help out at local fund raisers with his Dad for the local fire department picnics. Sean was a real character at heart; he thought Barney Fife and Jethro Bodine were really cool guys. He could have the spunk of a Leprechaun.
