The following people were convicted in Waupaca County Circuit Court of drinking and driving offenses or driving under the influence of controlled substances.
• Quintin E. Recker, 21, Fremont, was sentenced to 45 days in jail, ordered to pay a total of $78,718 for restitution to two people, fines and court costs, and his license revoked for one year for causing injury by operating under the influence of a controlled substance.
• Michael J. Rosplock, 46, New London, was sentenced to one year in jail in addition to time served between July 26 and Oct. 3, assessed $518 in fines and court costs, and revoked for 36 months for a fifth offense.
• Michael P. Cornell, 42, Fremont, was sentenced to 150 days in jail, assessed $3,814 in fines and court costs, and his license revoked for 36 months for a fourth offense.
• Rick A. Mackey, 45, Waupaca, 60 days in jail, assessed $1,786, revoked 24 months for a third offense.
• Timothy J. Benson, 31, Clintonville, 30 days in jail, assessed $1,618, revoked 14 months for a second offense.
• Alex T. Ryba, 28, Freedom, 40 days in jail, assessed $1,723, revoked 13 months for a second offense.
• Robert C. Patterson, 23, New London, assessed $811, revoked six months.
• Yvonne C. Robbers, 53, Waupaca, assessed $917, revoked six months.
• Natalie L. Austin, 35, Manawa, assessed $885, revoked seven months.
• Jacquelyn R. Meyer, 25, Ogdensburg, assessed $811, revoked six months.
• Henry B. Veleker, 57, Waupaca, assessed $924, revoked eight months.
• Lauren E. Fuerst, 25, Fremont, assessed $867, revoked six months.
• Jacob M. Young, 22, Weyauwega, assessed $854, revoked six months.
• Alexander J. Schreurs, 26, Waukesha, assessed $924, revoked eight months.
• Donald G. Miller, 81, Waupaca, assessed $1,050, revoked nine months.
• Matthew T. Brauer, 27. Sturgeon Bay, $998, revoked nine months.
