Natural history exhibit at library

A natural history exhibit is on display in the Waupaca Area Public Library’s Exhibit Room.

“Wild Wonderland” is open during library hours through Dec. 29.

The free exhibit is made possible by the Wisconsin Museum of International Wildlife, in Appleton.

It features a polar bear, cougar, grey wolves, beaver and black bear.

Free programs are taking place in the exhibit room in conjunction with the display

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, people may make woodland-themed ornaments and then take them home.

Refreshments are being served.

At 6:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 11, “Citizen Science, What is Snapshot Wisconsin and the Zooniverse?” will be presented, in the exhibit room.

The Waupaca Area Public Library is located at 107 S. Main St., in Waupaca.
