Wolves fall at home

Manawa now 4-3 for season

The Bowler Panthers handed the Manawa Wolves a 48-44 loss in a Central Wisconsin North Conference girls’ basketball game on Tuesday in Manawa.

The Wolves headed to the locker room with a 30-28 lead in the game, but Bowler came back strong in the finale to get the win.

Topping the scoring for Manawa was Kassidee Zander with 9 points followed by Sami Struzynski with 7.

Leading for Bowler was Reanna Kietlinski with 17, followed by Kayla Pecore with 10.

Manawa is now 4-3 for the season.

The Wolves will travel to Gresham on Tuesday, Dec. 19.
