Drunken driving convictions

The following people were convicted in Waupaca County Circuit Court of drinking and driving offenses or driving under the influence of controlled substances.

• Hyson S. Hurley, 42, Menasha, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, assessed $2,544 in fines and court costs, and his license revoked for 30 months for a third offense.

• Mary Ann Kimball, 61, Waupaca, 160 days in jail with 122 stayed under the Safe Streets Treatment Options Program (SSTOP), assessed $3,306, revoked 33 months for a third offense.

• Shirley E. Hoepner, 42, Waupaca, 80 days in jail with 60 days stayed under SSTOP, assessed $2,038, revoked three years for a third offense.

• Zachary S. Blazek, 27, Clintonville, 60 days in jail, assessed $2,544, revoked 30 months for a third offense.

• Alison J. Lick, 38, Waupaca, 140 days in jail with 105 days stayed under SSTOP, assessed $3,306, revoked 33 months for a third offense.

• Cory A. Schrader, 43, West Bend, 60 days in jail, assessed $1,744, revoked 24 months for a third offense.

• Kyle C. Kasuboski, 32, Winneconne, 80 days in jail, assessed $2,038, revoked 27 months for a third offense.

• Nathaniel R. Hoffman, 31, Waupaca, 10 days in jail, assessed $1,471, revoked 12 months for a second offense.

• Sara A. Gardner, 34, Stevens Point, 60 days in jail, assessed $1,912, revoked two years for a second offense with a minor in the car.

• Madalyn Ann Ansems, 22, Neenah, 20 days in jail, assessed $1,471, revoked 14 months for a second offense.

• Kim K. Van Allen, 58, Marion, 20 days in jail with 13 stayed under SSTOP, assessed $1,597, revoked 13 months for a second offense.

• Lucas J. Sebastino, 32, Manawa, 20 days in jail with 13 stayed under SSTOP, assessed $1,597, revoked 13 months for a second offense.

• Tim J. Sasman, 35, New London, 20 days in jail, assessed $1,597, revoked 12 months for a second offense.

• Adrienne A. Hilbert, 29, New London, assessed $1,934, revoked eight months for a first offense with a .149 BAC.

• Steven J. Johnson, 20, Appleton, assessed $854, revoked six months.

• Cole J. Young, 28, Fremont, assessed $967, revoked eight months.

• Dustin J. Spencer, 19, New London, assessed $811, revoked six months.

• Manuel Garcia-Garcia, 26, Waupaca, assessed $904, revoked seven months.

• Lauren E. Basler, 26, New London, assessed $967, revoked eight months.

• Austin J. Tauscheck, 21, Black Creek, assessed $885, revoked seven months.

• Jesse A. Peterson, 35, Waupaca, assessed $811, revoked six months.

• Joseph W. Lindner, 55, Iola, assessed $980, revoked eight months.

• Patrick J. Coenen, 56, Waupaca, assessed $1,030, revoked nine months.

• Christian Van Hammond, 21, Marion, assessed $885, revoked six months.

• Stephanie A. Gasper, 31, Waupaca, assessed $854, revoked six months.

• Joshua C. Fields, 31, Bear Creek, assessed $967, revoked eight months.

• Jessica L. Guns, 20, Green Bay, assessed $885, revoked seven months.

• Zachary B. Volz, 22, Waupaca, assessed $967, revoked eight months.
