Patrick Dale Kleczka, age 59, of Waupaca, WI passed away July 30, 2018.
Patrick was born in Milwaukee, WI, February 19, 1959, the son of Mitchell and Eldora Kleczka.
Patrick is survived by one son Patrich Stick, his father Mitchell Kleczka, three sisters, three brothers-in-law, two brothers, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. He is preceded in death by his wife Pam Kleczka, son Sean Kleczka, mother Eldora, one brother and one sister.
There will be a memorial service August 10th, 10 a.m.- 11 a.m. at Holly Funeral Home, Waupaca, WI.
