Q&A with Coach Paul Everett

Number of years as head coach: 11th season.

Returning varsity athletes: Owen Engel (12), Brice Richardson (12), Sam Vicchiollo (12), Erik Rohloff (12), Carter Tews (11), Dillon Biese (11), Kaden Bonikowske (11), Austin Breitbach (11), Luke Petrasko (11), Alex Knight (10), Ian Hoyer (10), Travis Schmitz (10).

Team goals/expectations: Our goal is to give our best performance in every game. We are aiming to be competitive in the FVA.

Team’s strengths: We have four returning seniors who have a lot of experience, along with young talent. This give us a good balance.

Team’s weaknesses: I would not say we have a weakness, but we compete in a very strong conference, so maybe we are a little less experienced.

Biggest games on the schedule: Our big games are all FVA conference games.

What would make for a successful season: A successful season would be to win as many games as possible. Also, develop the younger players.

Why fans should be excited for this team: Fans should be excited about our new stadium. This team may be young but already have a great attitude. I think performances on the field will excite fans.
