Waupaca County sheriff’s report Sept. 17

• Sept. 16 – Caller from the 100 block of South Mary Street, Weyauwega, reported omeone broke off the side mirrors on her Chevy Blazer.

• Sept. 16 – Clintonville caller reported his girlfriend was trying to hang herself with an extension cord.

• Sept. 16, Caller from the E800 block of Weiland Road, Caledonia, reported someone has been stealing things from his 74-year-old mother’s outbuildings.

• Sept. 16 – Caller from the 100 block of South Town Line Road, Iola, reported she did not want her 52-year-old son at her home because he is drunk and just lies around.

• Sept. 16 – Caller from the 1500 block of Pershing Road, New London, reported a man left on foot after stealing a pack of cigarettes and hitting his mother’s car.

• Sept. 16 – Caller from the 500 block of East Washington Street, New London, reported a stolen car.

• Sept. 15 – Wally’s Bar, County Trunk QQ, King, reported three people fighting. No weapons.

• Sept. 15 – The Landing Strip, East Gate Drive, Waupaca, reported five to six men fighting. No weapons.

• Sept. 15 – Caller from the 400 block of East Pine Street, New London, reported a man she knows is a meth user was outside her home, banging on her doors and windows. The same man was taken to a New London hospital that reported he made suicidal remarks.

• Sept. 15 – Waupaca mother called 911 and reported she was on her way to the sheriff’s office with her out-of-control 11-year-old son. Dispatch could hear a child screaming in the background.

• Sept. 15 – Caller from the 100 block of Maple Street, Waupaca, reported an 18-year-old man keeps getting into her apartment.

• Sept. 15 – Caller from the N7900 block of County Trunk J, Iola, received a text message from someone claiming to be his ex-girlfriend’s cousin. The text said he was first on a hit list.

• Sept. 15 – Caller from the 500 block of North Street, Waupaca, reported a 38-year-old woman was being verbally and physically aggressive.

• Sept. 14 – Staff at Parkview Elementary School, New London, reported a woman driver with a history of drunken driving appeared to be impaired.

• Sept. 14 – Waupaca caller reported his 401(k) check for $3,558 was taken from his mail while he was in custody.

• Sept. 14 – Caller reported a logging truck on Aasen Road, Iola, almost hit her head-on and forced her off the road.

• Sept. 14 – Caller from the N4700 block of Elm Valley Road, Waupaca, reported the theft of a maroon 1997 Chevy Silverado. The keys were left in the car.

• Sept. 13 – Caller from the E2200 block of Spencer lake Road, Waupaca, reported the theft of a 2016 gold Chevy Equinox.

• Sept. 13 – Caller from the 500 block of West Fulton Street, Waupaca, reported the theft of a wallet from a car.

• Sept. 13 – Caller from the 300 block of South Division Street, Iola, reported a garage break-in. The garage was locked.

• Sept. 13 – Caller from E3500 block of South Apple Tree Lane, Waupaca, reported illegal dumping on their property.

• Sept. 13 – Caller from the N3000 block of Collon Road, Weyauwega, reported someone has entered his home multiple times. Nothing is missing, but he finds things out of place.

• Sept. 13 – Communications officers could hear a woman yelling on a 911 call from New London that was disconnected. When dispatch called back, the woman said she was fighting with her boyfriend, and she was going to kill herself.

• Sept. 13 – Caller from the 300 block of Parker Street, Weyauwega, reported her son was receiving threatening Facebook messages.

• Sept. 12 – New London caller reported seeing a crash near WalMart. The occupants of the vehicle fled the scene.
• Sept. 12 – Caller from the E6400 block of County Trunk F, Weyauwega, reported he paid $5,000 in advance for roof work the contractor never finished.

• Sept. 12 – Caller from the E1600 block of Pine Lane, Waupaca, reported the theft of a large lawn ornament.

• Sept. 12 – Caller from the 500 block of North Street, Waupaca, reported two purses were stolen from her parked car overnight. The purses were returned, but her wallet was missing.

• Sept. 11 – Caller from N100 block of Klemp Road, Caledonia, reported someone stole her bullets and her taxes. She said she suspects her neighbors are listening to her phone conversations and that they block her WiFi.

• Sept. 11 – Caller from the 400 block of Franklin Street, Ogdensburg, reported her ex-sister-in-law is threatening her over the settlement of an estate.

• Sept. 11 – Caller from the 800 block of South Bridge Street, Manawa, reported she caught her neighbors going through her mailbox. She said they went onto her property without her permission.
