Felony charge follows traffic stop

Waupaca woman arrested on fifth PAC

Stephanie A. Dillman, 30, Waupaca, is charged with a fifth drinking and driving offense, operating with a prohibited alcohol content.

On Nov. 15, Waupaca Police Officer Tom Grant was patrolling on Lakeside Parkway when he ran a records check on a vehicle and found the registered owner, identified as Dillman, had a suspended license.

Grant made a traffic stop.

Earlier that day, Grant conducted a tavern check at JRโ€™s Sportsmanโ€™s Bar and Grill.

According to the criminal complaint, Grant told Dillman he saw her at the bar, but she denied being there and denied drinking.

Dillman reportedly blew a .033 blood-alcohol content at the time of her arrest.

Due to prior OWI convictions, she is restricted to a .02 BAC.

Dillman was released from custody on a $2,500 signature bond with the conditions that she maintain absolute sobriety and comply with the county jail alcohol monitoring program.
