David F. Bruesewitz, age 85 of Waupaca, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018.
David was born on June 6, 1933, the son of Otto and Julia (Klumb) Bruesewitz. David married Judy Sorenson on June 27, 1981 in Racine, WI.
David is survived by his wife Judy Bruesewitz of Waupaca, WI; his children, Jim (Lilly) Bruesewitz of Menomonee Falls, WI; Jean (David) Georgson of Hartland, WI and Karen (William) Strube of Cedarburg, WI; brother Roger Bruesewitz; special friends Jeff (Tricia) Claussen and family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. David was preceded in death by his parents Otto and Julia Bruesewitz and stepson James Holtz.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca. Reverend Andy Behrendt will officiate. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
