Being mindful of the failed China, Jericho and Berlin walls I don’t believe one along the Mexican border will solve the long-term immigration problems.
However, if our partisan politicians cannot come up with a humane solution I would suggest two solar panel walls – one on our southern border to stop illegal immigrants and the other on our northern border to stop the cold winter air.
Energy the panels produce would pay for the construction in a few years. In addition, the economical solar energy would attract industries to the areas which in turn would hire the immigrants who would then become taxpayers and help lower taxes for all Americans.
