Hortonville boys’ basketball advances
Polar Bears top FVL

The Hortonville boys’ basketball team earned an 81-57 home win over Fox Valley Lutheran in a regional quarterfinal game on Tuesday, Feb. 26.
Polar Bears’ Parker Lawrence scored a game-high 24 points on 8 of 13 shooting from the floor including 5 of 9 from the three-point line.
Lawrence also finished with five rebounds, five steals and four assists.
Hortonville’s Cole Warning knocked down two 3-pointers and finished with 12 points, while Jacob Buchman added 10 points on 5 of 7 shooting.
The fifth-seeded Polar Bears will play at No. 4 seed Mosinee in a regional semifinal game on Friday, March 1 at 7 p.m.
