Convictions, sentencings and dismissals from Waupaca County felony cases:

• Judge Raymond Huber revoked a deferred prosecution agreement with Taylor J. Fox, 32, Waupaca, and sentenced him to two years in prison and three years of extended supervision.

Fox was convicted for his role in destroying a wall and a coin machine at a laundromat on West Fulton Street in Waupaca.

He owes nearly $44,000 in restitution and court costs.

• Huber sentenced Tobias L. Dankert, 35, Dodge Correctional Institution, to five years in prison and two years of extended supervision.

Dankert was convicted of burglary and operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent.

Three counts of felony bail jumping, fraud on a gas station and a second count of operating a vehicle without consent were dismissed but read into the record.

Huber also ordered Dankert to pay $10,028 in restitution and court costs.

Dankert’s Waupaca County sentence will be served concurrently with his three years in prison after Waushara County revoked his probation for burglary.

• Judge Vicki Clussman ordered Gary A. Wallace, 32, Stanley Correctional Institution, to pay $1,036 in court costs.

Wallace was convicted of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

A charge of felony bail jumping was dismissed but read into the record.

Wallace is currently serving a three-year sentence for convictions in Calumet County of burglary and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, plus two years in prison for convictions of operating a vehicle without the owner’s permission and hit-and-run.

• Huber sentenced Darreck R. Borden, 21, Dodge Correctional, to six months in jail to be served concurrently to the prison sentence he is currently serving.

Borden was convicted in Waupaca County of operating a vehicle without the owner’s permission.

In May 2016, he was convicted in Winnebago County of aggravated battery of an elderly person, battery to a public transit operator and felony theft. He was sentenced to 1 1/2 years in prison and two years of extended supervision. His extended supervision was revoked in December 2018.

• Judge Troy Nielsen placed Jason R. Bennett, 32, Dodge Correctional Center, on three years of probation with nine months in jail and $973 in restitution and court costs.

Bennett was convicted of felon in possession of a firearm and retail theft in Waupaca County.

Charges of carrying a concealed weapon and obstructing an officer were dismissed but read into the record.

In January 2011, Bennett was sentenced in Washington County to five years in prison and five years of extended supervision. His supervision was revoked after his arrest in Waupaca County.

• Clussman approved a deferred prosecution agreement for April M. Weaver, 37, Antigo, for a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Clussman placed Weaver on 18 months of probation with the conditions that she maintain absolute sobriety, submit to alcohol and other drug assessment and submit to any counseling and treatment recommended by her probation agent.

She was convicted of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.

If Weaver successfully completes her probation, the felony meth charge will be dismissed.

• Nielsen imposed and stayed 120 days in jail and placed John W. Nendza, 34, Waupaca, on two years of probation.

Nendza was convicted in two separate cases of possession of narcotics, misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct.

Charges of misdemeanor battery as an act of domestic abuse and felony bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record.

Conditions of Nendza’s probation include that he pay $1,504 in court costs and not consume alcohol unless he has permission from his probation agent.

• Huber placed Robert H. Walls, 40, Eagle River, on two years of probation.

Walls was convicted of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Conditions of his probation include $518 in court costs and 120 days in jail with 60 days stayed to be used at the discretion of his probation agent.

• Huber placed Nicholas D. Becker, 33, Omro, on two years of probation.

Becker was convicted of possession of methamphetamine.

Conditions of his probation include that he consume no illegal drugs, participate in any treatment deemed appropriate by his agent and pay $518 in court costs.

• Nielsen sentenced Dianne M. Lowe, 52, Townsend, to 90 days in jail and ordered her to pay $518 in court costs.

She was convicted of possession of cocaine.

• Huber sentenced Anthony E. Phillips, 34, New London, to 90 days in jail and assessed him $986 in fines and court costs.

Phillips was convicted of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor battery, amended from a felony.

• Huber placed Brianna R. Mulvey, 26, Weyauwega, on 18 months probation and stayed 30 days in jail.

Mulvey was convicted of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A charge of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed but read into the court record for sentencing purposes.

Huber also ordered Mulvey to pay $1,329 in fines and court costs, participate in any counseling deemed appropriate by her probation agent and not possess any illegal drugs.
