THC bust in Waupaca

Police report finding suspected THC extract in child’s bedroom

Patrick B. Connolly, 32, Waupaca, is charged with possession of THC with intent to deliver, felony child neglect and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Thursday, April 25, when Waupaca police and county deputies executed a search warrant at the home of Stephanie and Melissa Dillman, they found Connolly among the occupants of the house.

They then served a warrant that same day at Connolly’s home on County Trunk QQ in King.

According to the criminal complaint, officers found 47 small boxes, each with 2 grams of THC, in the basement.

THC is the psychoactive compound that causes people to feel high when they use marijuana.

Officers also reported finding what appeared to be marijuana growing lamps and supplies in the basement and a backpack in the kitchen with 139 grams of marijuana.

The complaint says they found two electronic vapor cartridges with suspected THC liquid extract in a dresser drawer in a 4-year-old child’s bedroom.

Connolly was released from custody after posting a $1,000 cash bond.
