Area track athletes advance to state

Headed to La Crosse

Clintonville’s Allysin Booth will make her fourth consecutive trip to state as she qualified for the 100-meter hurdles on Thursday, May 23.
Booth will be the lone representative from Clintonville at the state championships in La Crosse, which are held Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1.
New London advanced to state in five events.
The 4×100 meter relay team of Makaio Harn, Vincent Winkler, Justin Wohlrabe and Sean Cortright will compete including alternates Brett Hildebrand and Luke Huested.
New London’s 4×800 meter relay team qualified as well with Mac Voight, Riley Titterton, Jeff Smolinski and Max Krause with Kaden Reybrock and Bryar Tuchscherer as alternates.
Titterton will compete in the 800-meter run, and Winkler will run in the 100-meter dash.
Krause will run in the 400-meter dash.
Ashwaubenon Sectional
Hortonville advanced two athletes to state after their performances at the Ashwaubenon Sectional on Thursday, May 23.
Jake Krause will compete at state for the 3,200-meter run and the 1,600-meter run.
On the girls’ side, Lyric Johnson will also compete in two events with 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash.
