James W. Claassen, age 64 of Weyauwega, WI and Naples, FL passed away Sept. 21, 2016.
Jim and Erna married Sept. 4, 1971, and moved to New London, where they raised two sons. James worked for Larsen Canning Co. He was hired to complete a college course where he obtained his certified Millwright Mechanic License. He worked there for 11 1/2 years. After moving to Florida, Jim worked at Acres Plumbing as a foreman of the warehouse for 8 1/2 years. Jim and Erna have loved Florida for 29 years.
Beloved husband of 47 years to Erna Marie. Survived by two sons, John and Renee, their children, Vernoica, Cavin, Aaron; son Jamin and Jamie, their two girls, Olivia and Bethany.
Graveside service will be held June 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Hobert Cemetery in Weyauwega, WI.
