Clark, Michael Steven

Michael Steven Clark, age 68, of Winneconne, Wisconsin went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at his residence.

He was surrounded by the loves of his life, Linda Lichtfuss and his loving fur babies. Michael was born on May 22, 1951 in Appleton, Wisconsin to the late Lawrence Clark and Ramona (Gehrke) Tucker. In his younger years he worked in the auto industry at Benteler Automotive for 11 years in Galesburg, Michigan and also for Pacific Lumber for 17 years in Fortuna, California. Michael was always grateful for his family, friends and co-workers. Michael was true to himself and his belief in the apostolic faith. He always gave of himself for the benefit of others from his time working at the Salvation Army to his dream job of working for the Green Bay Packers. A big love of Michael’s life were all of his fur babies that he cared for and they were all considered his family. In addition to his fur babies, Michael and Linda enjoyed going to auctions, going on road trips, the Green Bay Packers, and helping anyone in need.

Michael is survived by: his fiancee’, Linda Lichtfuss; two sisters, Candace (George) Clark-Dorr and Tina (Kim) Tucker Phelps; aunts, Dorothy Krueger, Loretta (Frank) Kern, and Janet (Albert) Jenks; nieces, Michaela Dorr, Micah Dorr, Tia (Dan) Odell, Tarin (Alex) Messenger; nephew, Ben Weststrate, Chris Weststrate and his fiancee’ Christina, Alex Weststrate; one great-niece, Addison Messenger; one great-nephew, Brenan Weststrate; in addition he had many cousins that he loved and a special friend, Kathleen Goodacre. He was preceded in death by: his parents; one sister, Coral Lynn Weststrate; aunts and uncles, Robert Krueger, Lorene and Rudolph Sedlac, Adelyn and Wilmer Gehrke and a niece, Emily Weststrate.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Little Wolf Cemetery in Manawa, WI with Rev. Reichle officiating. In lieu of flowers, Michael’s wish was for donations to be made to Green Lake Animal Shelter and Shawano Humane Society.

Michael and Linda wish to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and love sent to carry them through this journey. A special thanks to the caregivers and the best neighbors anywhere.
